It was 1996 when Daniel Darque started spinning house in local clubs. Now, about a decade later, he has shaken many dancefloors with his infectious mix of house and electrohouse. Daniel Darque spins unexpected livesets by not only playing existing releases, but also using his own productions, edits and mashups. Because of that, Daniel takes his livesets to a unique level.
Daniel played for clubs and organisations such as Panama, Escape venue, Extrema, Club Rotterdam, Radio 3FM, Diverance festival, Woodstock 69 Bloemendaal, The Level, Club Oorgasm and internationally at the biggest dancefestival in the Middle-east; Distant heat. Besides Daniel Darque, dj's Matthew Dekay, DJ Remy & Markus Schulz played at that year's edition. Distant Heat got a lot of media attention by ao MTV Russia RTL Travel Netherlands and local press.
Daniel Darque also produces his own music but also coöperates with well know producers and dj's such as DJ Marcella, Jeroenski and Leon Bolier. In 2005 the record t'adoro was released and some fresh new productions are coming up soon. Among these is the new track Dopeflow which will be released on Radikal Rhythm in the end of 2006. Radikal Rhythm is a new house label of NEWS Belgium with releases so far by DJ Raymundo, Gregor Salto and Ricky Rivaro. Daniel Darque's productions were playlisted by Erick E, DJ Jeroenski, Quinten de Rozario en Roog.
